任职要求：
合格的候选人需满足以下要求：
? 申请人须有3~5年的 Adobe Flash设计开发经验。
? 申请人须有3~5年的网站动画设计和制作经验。
? 申请人必须有一个中间的Adobe Photoshop和其他数字化设计软件的工作知识
? 和其它网站设计软件的知识。
? 申请人须对网页设计和Flash动画抱有浓厚的兴趣。我们期待了解网络，并希望创新的人才加入我们的团队。
? 有 ActionScript 2/3知识者优先。
? 有网站设计经验者优先。
? 会英语者优先。
工作职责：
以下描述该职位的日常工作职责：
? 为分布在北美，新加坡和澳大利亚市场的客户制作Flash广告及丰富媒体内容。
? 与项目经理和其他Flash动画师紧密合作，以在最后交付期限内提供高品质的Flash动画和内容丰富网站。
? 调整广告条大小，形成新的广告条。
? 负责Flash 内容测试和质量控制。

Flash Animator
Background:
E-GRAPHICS China is an international digital production house in Dalian, Liaoning. The company is part of the TBWA Advertising Network and has offices in 273 cities, worldwide (http://tbwa.com/). E-GRAPHICS is looking for a Mid-level to Senior Flash Animator to join their digital implementation team.
This is a significant opportunity to join an international company and young team developing cutting-edge digital content and applications within China.
Description of skills & background:
The successful candidate will match the following selection criteria:
? Applicant must have 3-5 years’ experience working with Adobe Flash.
? Applicant must have 3-5 years’ experience designing and animating content for the web.
? Applicant must have an intermediate knowledge of working with Adobe Photoshop and other digital design software.
? Applicant must have a genuine interest in web design and Flash animation. We are looking for someone who understands the web and wants to push the boundaries.
? Knowledge of ActionScript 2/3 an advantage but not a requirement.
? Background in web design, an advantage.
? Ability to read and speak English, an advantage.
Expected duties:
The following description details the day-to-day duties of the successful candidate:
? Candidate will be animating and developing Flash banner and rich media content for distribution in the North American, Singaporean and Australian markets.
? Candidate will work closely with Project Managers and other Flash animators to meet deadlines and deliver high quality Flash animator and rich media content for the web.
? Candidate will be expected to develop flat frame-by-frame layouts for banner resizes into new forms.
? Candidate will be responsible for testing and quality assurance of their own Flash content.
