This is a Project Manager role, reporting to the Project Manager in Business Area – Robotics and Discrete Automation, General Industry, located in Shanghai, China.

- Following ABB project management process to control the cost and cash flow on budget and doing on time delivery.
- Managing the project risk and opportunities in project execution, meeting contractual delivery time and key milestone, and getting FAC on time.
- Monitoring project quality issues, deviation database and taking relevant action.
- Making project resource plan and discussing with various function managers to ensure sufficient and qualified resource for project execution.
- Motivating the project team members to ensure project success.
- Doing supplier selection and negotiation together with SCM team.
- Managing customer expectation and satisfaction.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A bachelor’s degree and above.
- Must have 2+ years of working experience on Project management in automation industry.
- Fluency in English communication both oral and written.
- Must have good communication, coordination, team work and leadership skills.
