职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责项目综合维修工作统筹管理工作。
2、协助工程部完成综合维修工作计划的制定和执行。
3、负责工程部综合维修专业员工培训及日常考核。
4、负责工程部综合维修专业应急预案的制定并督促定期进行演练。
5、协助工程经理完成相关部门（业主、物业、客服等）和相关人员的协调工作。
6、根据营运需要，完成上级安排的工作。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，暖通、空调、电气、给排水、土建等相关专业。
2、会熟练操作Office软件及AutoCAD制图软件。
3、接受过物业工程管理等方面的培训。
4、熟悉相关法律法规。
5、3年以上大中型商业项目本专业系统管理经验,熟悉物业工程各专业系统的调试、运行及维修保养流程。
上班时间：双休8小时
薪资：10k-15k 年终绩效奖金
