Key Responsibilities

1. Manage social content planning to align with brand communications master calendar to deliver the integrated brand voice.

2. Work with social agency partner day to day to control the quality of agency service and execution, and ensure KPIs being achieved as planned.

3. Stay up to date on trends within the social media landscape and identify new platforms and opportunities for Bridgestone China’s brand communications

4. Explore and implement cooperation with key OEM/Olympic partner brands/athletes/influences on social media platforms to maximize brand voice for Bridgestone China

5. Review and analyze social communications performance and propose findings proactively for Bridgestone China social strategy and spends optimization

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with more than 3 years social media experience required, Hands on experiences on WeChat, Weibo is a must, and experience on Zhihu is a plus

2. Have passion for social media and understand how to brief and manage social agency and able to work in matrix team structure

3. Experience and knowledge in the auto or auto aftermarket industry preferred

4. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and multi-tasking capability

5. High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success

6. Language proficiency: English is mandatory (other language(s) are added advantage)
