Area of Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Coordinates and directs projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directs the integration of technical activities.

• Develops and executes project plans including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and contingency planning.

• Leads cross-functional project team through all phases of the product development process, ensures all team members understand project objectives and their roles and responsibilities in the project.

• Identify, track and mitigate on project risks (commercial/technical) together with the core team

• Actively involve and align stakeholders and manage expectation.

• Ensure full compliance of all executed project activities according to regulatory standards (NMPA, FDA, ISO 13485) and Mammotome product development process.

• Control project costs and support prepareing accurate forecast on R&D cost and capital expenses.

Provide Leadership

• Demonstrates leadership through responsiveness to business needs and motivation of diverse, cross-functional teams, including influencing both internal and external members to achieve positive business results.

• Lead the project team while promoting team effectiveness, morale, motivation and productivity and provide feedback to the team members.

• Provides mentorship, guidance and leadership to less experienced team members

• Support development of department-specific processes and tool.

Person Specification

Minimum Experience Education Requirements

Equivalent of 10 years related work experience.

Minimum of 3 years project management or leadership responsibility required

Medical device experience.
