The house of FENDI was established by Adele and Edoardo Fendi in Rome in 1925. The opening of the first FENDI boutique – a handbag shop and fur workshop followed. Job Description：

- Assist IS&T manager to provide support to the store staffs on Applications e.g.Retailpro, Heaven, CRM, Office365, E-training, Concur(T&E), etc.

- Assist IS&T manager to provide support to the office and warehouse staff on Applications e.g. Retailpro, Concur(T&E), Office365, RPA, DWH, Hitpoint, SAP PO, PowerBI, etc.

- Work with Retail Performance team to rollout Heaven to new stores; provide the training on important Heaven upgrades and coordinate with HQ to solve China specific problems.

- Conduct onboard IS&T training to store and office staffs on Office365, SmartIT, Heaven, Retailpro, Concur, Skype, SAP PO usage. Provide application refresh training on adhoc basis.

- Implement various local application projects and support IS&T manager on the different phases of global application projects such as Heaven, Revolution, etc.

- Coordinate with Youco's China partner to deliver the Heaven iphones to store for new staffs and retrieve Heaven iphones from left staffs.

- IS&T assets inventory management for 35 stores ,2 offices and 1 warehouse.

- Daily administrate the Retailpro, Concur on account management and change requests; coordinate the Helpdesk on managing all application accounts used in China

- Translate the IS&T communications and guidelines to Chinese for better understanding from stores

- Provides various sales reports, stock reports, key figures reports,order reports required by management daily, weekly and monthly

- Perform negative stock check, outstanding deposit / store credit clearance, price adjustment, stock write-off and online campaign sales in POS

Requirements：

1. Experience : - Above 5 years of experience on relevant role - Experience of Retail Sales, Purchase Orders and Stock Control are a plus

2. Education : - Bachelor degree on related major

3. Personality : - Customer Focus

- Ability to handle multitask in stressful situations

- Teamwork and Problem Solving attitudes

- Proactive, energetic and self-motivated manner

4. Skills :

- Strong analysis skills and organisation orientated

- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English

- Ability to coordinate solution by dealing with multiple support teams and end users - Knowledge of Retail operations and POS support; experience of SAP / T&E / BI / RPA / E-commerce is a plus

- End user training or project management skills is a plus
