Job summary/purpose

Management of the E-Commerce direct sales platforms for the Prada and Miu Miu brands, supporting the reference E-Commerce lead, in particular for planning, sales analysis, traffic analysis, and site optimization, closely collaborating with E-commerce operation, marketing and merchandising for E-Commerce marketing and merchandising.

Responsibilities:

? Launch and update products data onto the E-commerce site, in terms of master data, codes, descriptions in translation, colours, prices, and sorting based on product guideline and sales analysis;

? Analyze site traffic and sales performance for further sales opportunity by daily, weekly, and monthly basis; 

? Optimize E-commerce site by improving consumer journey, such as adding new features, sorting rule adjustment, check-out process optimization, or existing features enhancement; 

? Collaborate with cross-functions with respect to the Retail strategy and Branding guidance applied to the E-commerce;

? Work with Local and HQ IT to the development and implementation of platforms/tools for loading information onto the web;

? Solve issue; 

? Work with Digital Customer Service team for order fulfillment and site issue to fix;

? Communicate with the HQ EC team for planning the production flow of photo shoots available in the E-commerce site, according to product launch priorities and timing.

Job Requirements:

More than 3 years' experiences in E-commerce operations;

Passionate on luxury fashion industry;

Hands-on and detail oriented;

Good communication skills;

Good command of both oral and written English.
