1. 遵守医学和分子生物学实验室的相关操作规程。

2. 按照实验室SOP完成相应的样本质量评估、样本检测分析以及结果报告。负责记录样品及检测过程中出现的异常现象并及时向上汇报。

3. 按照实验室SOP，正确使用试剂、仪器等，并负责相应仪器设备的日常维护保养以及定期校准等。

4. 按照实验室SOP，切实执行实验室室内质控以及室间质评的所有规程，以确保相应检测分析的高质量；参与实验室室内质控以及室间质评不合格项目的调查和持续质量改进。

5. 负责相应检测平台试剂库存的管理以及试剂采购，确保充足试剂供应并有效控制试剂浪费。

6. 支持实验室新方法学或新实验的评估和建立，并参与相应SOP的撰写。

7. 协助完成新员工的岗位培训。

8. 切实执行实验室安全相关操作规程。

9. 完成上级交代的其他任务。

职位要求：

1. 有NGS工作相关经验或者医学检验实验室相关经验者优先

2. 医学检验、生物学或临床医学及相关专业本科或以上学历。

3. 具有良好的沟通与组织能力，善于团队合作。

4. 具有良好的职业道德与服务意识，高度的责任感；

5. 能够熟练阅读英文SOP（通过CET-4或以上）。

6. 熟练使用office软件。
