Task and objective: 

 Localized components:

- Have regular meeting with supplier, make sure the supplier part status can meet the project 

mile stone;

- Check the test with supplier, follow up the test result, make sure the part can be released 

before customer car;

- Define optimization measures and follow up the optimization progress together with 

suppliers.

Besides, all components:

- Make sure the data at the right position, the Documentation E, P and KEQS at the right 

status;

- Follow up the ramp up in JV, solve all the open issues;

- Cooperative with testing colleagues, solve the possible sub system failures.

Communication:

- Daily coordination/execution within RD;

- Adjustment work with Quality and Procurement;

- Adjustment work with suppliers;

- Information exchange and technical knowhow update with JV partners; 

Requirement: 

- Strong motivation and sense of responsibility

- Good understanding of components and product development processes

- Good communication skills

- Good English skills oral and written

- Good Microsoft office skill (Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
