This is an exciting opportunity to join G&E Executive Search as a business partner to strengthen the firm's business in new regions and industries.
Your responsibilities are:
To set up a competent consultant and researcher team in the relevant market and develop new business with support from managing partners.
You are required to have:
-More than 5 years executive search experience with traceable performance record;
-Competence to develop new clients independently;
-Expertise in specific industries;
-Excellent leadership in motivating and developing team members;
-Strategic thinking as well as solid execution;
-Successful Candidates should work in Beijing or Shanghai office for 6 or more months.
-Talents with no executive search experience should have more than 10 years business experience at multinational companies and strong interest to develop his/her career in executive search industry.
Compensation Package:
-Incentive Profit sharing and the equity shares of the new office.
