-Review and understand buying strategy to develop initial allocation strategy

-Based on an approved demand plan, formulate an inventory deployment plan, and suggested allocation quantities to support it

-Ensure the most profitable balance of inventory by store through initial allocation, replenishment, and store transfers according to objective criteria

-Define and update store category grading to optimize sales and merchandise allocation plan with the insights of commercial team

-Analyze best seller and communicate regularly with stores to capitalize on opportunities

-Define setting and auto replenishment criteria based on store level, store performances and commercial calendar to maximize the sales while not aver-stocks each store

-Monitor/Adapt stock allocation by store and optimize stock replenishment – on a regular base to support sales plan while considering current sales performances, ST level and store max. capacity

- Prepare store openings, coordination with retail and logistics

-Work with Logistics to resolve external constraints that impact inventory flow to distribution centers and stores, including but not limited to regulatory release, DC capacities, lead time, holiday schedules… - Manage solutions to exceptions that occur in the deployment process

-Manage inventory in support of major events i.e. item launch, promotions, new stores, relocations

-Problem solve with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory issues and proactively address constraints

-Identify and address future inventory issues to reduce impact to the business, based on time-phased plan

Needed Working Experience

2、Experience in high volume, multi-location distribution environment or equivalent MRP experience in multi-plant manufacturing environment preferred

3、Retail supply chain knowledge
