Main Responsibilities:

1 Preparing corporate budget and Mid-term plan (including all reports to HQ)

2 Preparing monthly rolling forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement)

3 Providing financial analysis of the variances compared to budget, forecast, and historical data, and Providing insightful analysis reports to the management

4 Reviewing the monthly order intake

5 Working together with the operations on identifying the issues and root causes, assisting in generating the actions/measures for follow-up and process improvement

6 Supporting other departments with information as advised by the management

7 Supporting the creation and implementation of standard work processes

8.Assist in timely and accurate preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts

9 Other assignments from direct superior.

Qualifications:

1. Major in Finance/Accounting and have CPA certificate.

2. 4+ years of FA experience will be plus.

3. Good written and oral English is preferred.

4. Excellent at EXCEL and other Microsoft office software.

5. Ability to take initiative in setting the priority of duties to meet deadlines, in analyzing and solving problems.

6. Active learning, detail oriented, hard-working, good team player, willing to work under pressure.

7. Prefer Big Four.
