Major tasks and responsibilities of position

1. Arrange technical seminar to fulfill the needs of customers and sales force as well as promotion meeting. 根据客户及销售需要组织技术研讨会。

2. Provide technical support for customers and sales, offer solutions to technical problems, and maintain friendly relations with customers. 向客户及销售人员提供相关产品的技术支持，提供技术问题的解决方案，并与客户保持友好关系。

3. Provide business development proposal to department, update the technical materials, collect market information and provide proposals for updating products and product portfolio 更新技术材料，收集市场信息，完善产品线

 

4. Independently or cooperatively complete relevant experiments, collect data and write trial reports or cases of production use. 能独立或协同完成相关试验,收集数据，撰写实验报告或产品使用案例

 

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Master and above degree, majored in Aqua disease/Hydrobiology/Ecology. At least 5 years working experience in relative function. Priority is given to those with experience in disease diagnosis and prevention. 硕士及以上学历，水产病害学/水生生物学/生态学相关专业，至少5年相关工作经验，有水产疾病诊断、防治工作经历优先考虑

Specific knowledge & skills: good product knowledge and technical background

良好的专业知识和学习背景

Good skill in communication, presentation, conflict management, interpersonal relationship and problem solving

良好的沟通、展示能力，冲突处理技巧

Able to work under pressure and travel on business

能承受工作压力和适应出差

Good English in listening/speaking/reading and writing.

良好的英文听说读写能力
