PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Forming commodity strategies and product line material stragies for assigned scope.
• Strategies should cover supplier base optiamization; sourcing saving inititiaves; supplier fulfillment and quality perfomrace improvement, etc.  
• Excute commodity strategies to delvier saving and performance results.
• Proactively seek out, assess and deliver cost and lead-time reduction opportunities;
• Familiar to suppliers search, pricing, commercial agreement and new supplier development process.
• Work with cross functions to conduct audit for both existing and potential suppliers for continuous improvements and increase competitiveness.
• Monitor and manage suppliers, relationship maintenance and supplier phase in and phase out;
• Experienced in projects management.
• Skills in machining, casting, forging, welding process etc. are preferred.
• Skills in mechanical materials for flow products, such as sanitary and industry pump, valves, mixer, homogenizer, PHE, Dehydration and filtration are preferred.      

SKILLS

• Fluent English Communication verbally and in writing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Good commands of Microsoft Office , etc.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• University and above degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Business
• Over 10 years sourcing and cost analysis experience in multinational companies
• CPSM, CSCP or equivalent is a plus
• Expereienced in Supply Chain managent, Procurement and Quality is a plus
