工作职责:

1.在公司人力资源战略、政策和指引的框架下，建立并实施人力资源方针和行动计划，以支持公司达到预期经营目标；

2.了解所支持部门的业务状况和团队运作状况，提供符合业务团队个性需求的相关人力方案；

3.负责公司HR政策、制度、体系、重点项目和各项人才管理活动在业务部门的落地与推动执行，并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进；

4.推动完善部门文化建设，搭建通畅的员工沟通平台，完善员工关系管理；

5.定期进行人力资源数据分析，提交人力资源分析报告；

6.上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格:

1.统招本科及以上学历，至少5年以上人力资源工作经验，2年以上教育行业人力资源管理工作经验；

2.熟悉人力资源的流程体系，擅长招聘，并具备其他模块的实操经验，遇到问题时能够快速准确做出专业判断和决策；

3.能独立解决复杂的人事管理实际问题，具有较强的项目推进能力，协调能力、人际理解力，善于整合资源驱动目标的达成；

4.善于学习、团队合作意思强，抗压能力强，具备良好的职业操守；

5.英语熟练者优先。
