Job Responsibility

1. Search candidates by using different tools/methods, interview and make candidates reports to filled the assignments and achieve the KPI

2. Contact assigned clients regularly to maintain good relationship with them and gain new assignments.

3. Development new business to achieve the goal.

4. Research the assigned industry, talent mapping and database maintenance.

5. Other work assigned by leader.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or above, with around 3 years working experience in HR, Headhunting, Sales or Technical field.

2. Willing to take challenge, result-oriented, capable of working under pressure.

3. Fluent in English both oral and written.

4. Good communication skills.
