工作职责:

? 负责对曼朗新建机构目标城市、领域、客户群体等进行市场调研（问卷、访谈）分析、搭建数据模型，预估市场容量，预测机构运营增长，产出分析报告;并根据分析结果给予市场进入、市场竞争的策略建议，对公司战略、运营、服务和产品给予决策支持；
? 负责产出曼朗医疗医疗机构项目和新业务的商业计划；
? 参与拟订公司发展战略和中、长期发展规划；
? 参与搭建医疗机构商业化落地策略，例如连锁集团定价体系，商业拓展策略等；
? 参与曼朗医疗与行业头部医疗机构及战略合作伙伴的合作推进，包括前期合作探索、合作方案协议起草、合作推进沟通、合作项目落地实施和合作深化拓展；
? 参与曼朗集团重点项目及海外合作项目的立项、管理、国际沟通、执行与跟进
? 上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职资格:
? 全日制本科毕业，优先考虑硕士；优先考虑医疗或大健康相关教育背景；优先考虑海外教育背景
? 本科3年，硕士2年以上医药、大健康市场（医疗、医药）研究公司、咨询公司项目经验
? 较强的数据收集、挖掘和统计分析能力、报告撰写能力
? 能够通过数据调研挖掘市场痛点，分析市场现状，洞察客户需求
? 良好的逻辑思维、项目管理、沟通协调、团队协作能力；快速学习、问题解决能力
? 英文听说读写流利
? 熟练掌握Office软件

Job description

Responsibilities
? Conducting primary and secondary survey (questionnaire and interview) and analysis on target cities, specialties, and patient cohorts in order to develop models, calculate market size and predict operation growth; delivering report to propose policies on market entry and competition, and support decision-making on corporate strategy, operation, service and products design and planning;
? Delivering business plans for Mindfront Health facilities (hospitals and outpatient centers);
? Engaging in setting out development strategy and mid-to-long term growth plan;
? Engaging in strategizing the business practice for each facility, such as consistent pricing system, business development plan, among others;
? Promoting the cooperation among industry leaders and strategic partners, including early approaching, partnership planning, agreement drafting, communication, implementation and further promotion;
? Engaging in project setup, management, international communication, execution and follow-up of key Mindfront projects;
? Other related work assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications
? Full-time Bachelor’s Degree is a must, Master's Degree preferred;
? Healthcare or big health related major and overseas education background preferred.

Working experience
? Project experience (3+ years for Bachelor and 2+ years for Master) in healthcare, pharmaceutical or big health related research and consulting firms;
? Expertise in data collection, mining, statistical analysis and report delivery;
? Identifying entry point, market condition and patient needs through data analysis;
? Competency in logic thinking, project management, communication, teamworking, fast learning and problem solving.

Other skills
? Fluent in spoken and written English;
? Proficiency in various OFFICE software.
