职位描述
- Product knowledge and aftersale client support: Good understanding of the products from our platform and be able to explain the changes in price. Takes good care of product reports, client calls and improve globally the quality of the client servicing. Good cooperation with sales in servicing client's need.
- Primary trade execution: Support sales for pricing requests, trade executions and consolidate feedback. To do preparation before trades such as KYC, CVaR computation and credit line requests, NAFMII, SAC, ISDA Agreement and CSA Agreement arrangement, etc
- Secondary NBI management: Optimizes the secondary P&L, executes properly client orders, follow up the secondary margin convergence, detects redemption risks and restructuration opportunities, monitors the sales margin per products, etc
- Customer relationship management: Maintain mainly client database maintenance and promotion of the usage of the CMU tools among the team
- Cooperation: Interacts proactively within the team's colleagues and promote cooperation, and also the counterparties such as ENG, LEGL, COMPL, TRD etc
- Rigor and Compliance: Take care to avoid any long term liability for SG and assists salesperson on KYC and product quality guidelines. Make sure that the Sales Handbook is fully applied by sales and be in close contact with the COOs (BL and local COOs)
Main Responsibilities:
-1.1 - Product Understanding: develops a strong knowledge of CrossAsset Product & Solutions thanks to daily work with Senior Sales, Engineers and Structuring Team. Partake to trainings sessions, product presentations and visit hubs to exchange ideas on a frequent basis
-1.2 - Sales Talent: Is autonomous and able to pitch CrossAsset Product and Solutions, help Sales to recruits new clients, identify their needs and trade with them (assisting senior sales or trade more autonomously on smaller tickets), establish a permanent relationship. Having the potential to become a junior sales following clients of his own.
-1.3- Market Intelligence: Knows his market, the needs of each client segment, what competitors do in terms of products - Feedback the information to sales, management, structuring team and trading to improve capabilities of the platform.
-1.4 - Sales effort: Systematically assisting sales in the process of coldcalls new prospects and join the sales in the visit of a large number of clients/prospects during the year, reacts swiftly when an opportunity arises, assumes a large workload
-1.5 - Reporting and Transparency: Reports meeting to different parties involved, enter information on client and meeting into IC or any other CMU tools
-1.6Compliance: Refers to Sales Handbook and avoid to enter into any discussion or transaction that could lead to a longterm liability for SG. Understand local rules and regulations of his market(s) and complies with all internal guidelines pre- and posttrade (notably but obviously not only such as KYC, credit pretrade check in Riskweb tool, suitability check and process, appropriate and validated marketing documents by relevant stakeholders including Compliance department, appropriate legal documentation and regulatory requirements, SG internal execution and trading standards, margin policy, CVA and RAROC guideline, timely and appropriate booking of transactions, pre- and final confirmation etc...), but also all the other general business guidelines such as gift and entertainment policy, information security guidelines and restrictions versus external or internal communication (especially when dealing with any confidential or private information, Chinese walled transactions, GILT listed deals…) etc… , and always refers/escalate all potential issues/internal or external incidents to management, COO or Compliance.
- 1.7 - Dealing Procedures & Coordination:
o Cooperates with support functions -is not mentioned as a problem maker by the various departments (M.O, B.O, Legal etc),
oProperly input deals in IT systems, in an exhaustive manner, pays particular attention to the correctness of term sheets and the credit processes (IFlows etc) – validate quickly Final Terms when needed. Daily & Monthly Reporting in RTQS.
o Keep operational risks and errors close to zero if possible.
oIn regards of the Product Mandate and Client Coverage, is autonomous and reliable to execute client orders according to SG internal execution standards from pretrade to posttrade requirements as listed but not restricted below: (refer to Sales handbook and consecutive amendments for exhaustive list)
- Pre trade coordination: KYC Onboarding process, Client Capacity and Product suitability check, Credit checks within Iflow and Iforce, Finalization and validation of supporting legal documents (ISDA, CSA, GMRA, Termsheet, Confirmation), Review of Marketing documents
- Trade confirmation: Execution and recording of trades with clients according to SG standards and regulatory requirements (MiFid and DFA as an example), Timely input in booking systems, respect of Sales Credit and Margin Policies
- Post Trade coordination: Settlement instructions, cooperation with various middle office teams, reporting and valuation process with CSU, BO and OPER support
- 1.8 Post-trade coordination: Cooperates with support functions – is not mentioned as a problem maker by the various departments (M.O, B.O, Legal etc), Properly input deals in IT systems, in an exhaustive manner, pays particular attention to the correctness of term sheets and the credit processes (IFlows etc) – validate quickly Final Terms when needed
Candidate Profie:
- Master or Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Science, Statistics, or Engineering
- Fresh graduate to as many as 3~5 years of relevant work experiences in the global market industry
- Good team player
- Highly self-motivated
- React quickly to change and highly adaptable
- Good with numbers and good quantitative skills
- Sound understanding of financial markets
- Personal integrity
- Native in Mandarin, Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Proficient user of office tools
- CFA candidate or charter holder a plus
