Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for supporting projects starting from the setup phase until the closure of a

trial. Integrating necessary elements, tools and resources to meet project requirements

within Depot operations.

2. Study Set up, Maintenance and Close-Out using the MARKEN internal inventory and

tracking system for Depot activities to ensure study information is updated, to implement

study templates.

3. Draft project related documents for employees within the depot and logistic areas to

ensure adequate handling of shipments and adherence to project specific requirements

(product, temperature conditions required, MAESTRO booking etc.)

4. Responsible to ensure that projects running in the Depot are supported and in line with all

relevant standards in terms of local regulations and Marken Standard Operating Procedures

(SOPs)

5. Participate in meetings and telephone conferences, prepare meeting minutes and generate

agendas.

6. To be flexible in hours of work needed for global clients and time zone differences

7. Support the local Depot in its responsibility to maintain the information flow with internal

clients and respond to specific questions related to projects performance.

8. Ensure that project documentation is handled in accordance with CTD SOPs and filed and

retained properly.

9. Other responsibilities include: contribution to the improvement of CTD SOPs, performance

of administrative activities related to the adequate maintenance of projects within the

Depot.

2. To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager.

3. Ensure compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
