Seagate's Customer Technical Engagement (CTE) organization is providing technical support on Seagate products to China Cloud customers and business partners and acts as technical resource within the Seagate organization. The Customer Technical Engagement, as the partner of Sales, will be part of the Seagate customer facing team working on internal and external projects relating to Seagate's products and business

About the Role – You Will:

• Provide technical and data analysis support of Seagate products

• Provide product evaluation, working with internal and external team members to support product evaluations and product performance

• Provide onsite support for customers operations where required, and work to identify device failures

About You:

• Passion for data mining, analytic and application developing

• Enjoys working with cross function team, good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in English.

• Quick learner

Your Experience Includes:

• Electronic Engineering, Computer or equivalent

• Familiar with office software(Excel, PPT)

• Familiar with?project planning and execution?is preferred

• English skill(Working under English environment)

• Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation in English and Mandarin

• Good team player, able to work as part of a team

You May Also Have:

• Familiar with quality control knowledge is preferred

Location: Beijing

Travel: 10%
