Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong teamwork skills for its Finance team based in Beijing.

    

Responsibilities

• Review vendor payment request and T&E expense in compliance with company internal policy
• Responsible for GL accounts/vouchers, complete month end/year financial reports and other reports required
• VAT invoice management including invoice purchase, issue VAT fapiao, maintain invoice system
• Can settle independent tax issues. WHT,VAT,CIT,SD declaration and statutory report requested by government.
• Keep good relationship with Tax bureau, bank to make sure company business activities comply with government laws and regulations.
• Internal and External audit coordination
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager

                                

Required Background

    

    

-         Bachelor degree  major in accounting or finance

    

-         3-5 years' related experience, preferable working experience in financial consulting company

    

-         Good communication in English language

    

-         Technical skills

    

          Good Knowledge in PRC GAAP and tax regulation

    

          Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

    

-         Soft skills

    

          Ability to work against tight deadlines

    

          High attention to detail

    

          Highly motivated/devoted
