1审查客户资料、账户维护文件并提供相关服务；             

2在系统中执行KYC、客户资料和账户维护；         

3与前线办公室密切互动，以响应客户在电子银行业务、经常账户管理、监管要求等方面的需求；             

4根据相关方的指示执行账户控制，如冻结、重新激活、休眠、关闭、冻结账户；             

5定期审查账户状态，并对休眠账户采取后续行动；             

6妥善保管客户文件和开户/KYC文件。确保客户文件妥善保管，保持良好的秩序；             

7编制账户相关监管报告、MI报告和统计数据，确保及时向地方当局或指定的内部或外部各方提交报告；             

8支持电子银行相关服务，包括但不限于系统设置和电子银行文档存档。             

9为客户相关项目提供支持，但不限于系统变更             

10跟踪异常/未决案件，密切监控状态，并向直线经理报告任何违规/问题             

11直线经理分配的其他临时任务

任职要求             

1.本科以上学历（商务、金融、经济类专业优先）             

2.至少有2-3个相关操作领域的工作经验（公司或KYC相关的开户/维护/开户优先）            

3.有项目实施经验者优先，包括UAT和文件。            

4.自我激励，注重细节和团队精神             

5.良好的人际沟通能力             

6.良好的英语听说读写能力          

7.精通微软应用软件，如WORD，EXCEL等。
