Global Customer support engineer-FM-Japanese Speaking
Technical Requirements:
ü At least 7 years development or consulting experience in J2EE or core Oracle middleware products;
ü At least 5 years support experience with middleware products, not only WebLogic Server, but also one of portal, business process management, SOA or identity management;
ü Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skills in using industry standard tools and techniques;
ü Extensive experience in monitoring, tuning and changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations;
ü Extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise applications (networks, database configuration, server configuration, performance tuning, Web Server optimization load balancing, SQL tuning and so on);
ü Ability and attitude to assist junior members of the team in training on new products and technologies;
ü Bachelor degree of Computer Science or equivalent;
Language Skills:
ü English: Excellent English communications skills (reading, writing and conversation);
ü Japanese: Native speaker level is needed to talk in Japanese with Japanese customers;
Personal Characteristics:
ü Have strong interests in technologies;
ü Keen interests in seeking root cause of problems;
ü Excellent communication skills to communicate very well both technically and functionally in highly escalated situations;
ü Clear thinking;
ü Optimistic, cheerful and patient personality and like to help others;

Technical Requirements:
ü At least 10 years development or consulting experience in J2EE or core Oracle middleware products;
ü At least 7 years support experience with middleware products, not only WebLogic Server, but also portal, business process management, SOA and identity management;
ü Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and skills in using industry standard tools and techniques;
ü Extensive experience in monitoring, tuning and changing complex applications to optimize the product to perform to customer expectations;
ü Extensive experience in all aspects of enterprise applications (networks, database configuration, server configuration, performance tuning, Web Server optimization load balancing, SQL tuning and so on);
ü Good experience in on-site supports and strong on-site diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities;
ü Besides Java/J2EE, C/C++ development and troubleshooting experience is a good plus.
ü Ability and attitude to assist junior members of the team in training on new products and technologies;
ü Ability to influence and gain cooperative relationships with wide range from executives to technical specialists.
ü Experience in reporting to senior management levels both internally and externally.
ü Master degree of Computer Science or equivalent;
Language Skills:
ü English: Excellent English communications skills (reading, writing and conversation);
ü Japanese: Native speaker level is needed to talk in Japanese with Japanese customers;
Personal Characteristics and Other Skills:
ü Have strong interests in technologies;
ü Keen interests in seeking root cause of problems;
ü Excellent communication skills to communicate very well both technically and functionally in highly escalated situations;
ü Well-developed listening skills and able to discern core issues in an environment where it may be difficult to determine what is cause and what is symptom.
ü Good organizational skills and able to develop a coherent plan of action that meets the needs to resolve a given situation as quickly as possible.

ü Optimistic, cheerful and patient personality and like to help others;
