Job Outline

This position will take charge of the GBS China Focus Program and report to China Center head directly.

GBS China is in process of transformation and the Focus Program will drive the organization change in Center China. This program is made up of KPI, Productivity, Service Quality, CCJ, Culture, Communication and Digital modules, and will lead GBS China toward the next success.

This position will interface closely with Center head, Business Lines heads, Program Module Leads and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive GBS China Focus Program implementation
• Collaborate with stakeholders(GBS CN management, Module coaches and Leads, customers, etc.) to ensure Module target achieved
• Leverage external and internal resources to support Modules timely and effectively
• Conduct Module Leads develop Modules on the right track
• Coordinates with Modules to maximize program synergies
• Make sure program running and output delivery in line with program plan and timeline
• Control program risk and solve problem in good time
• Ensure program activity and decision clearly communicated and documented

Qualifications

• To be familiar with Siemens and business process operation
• Above 10 years of successful experience in program management, customer relationship management. Business Excellence experience is preferred

· Ability to identify and control program risks, make reasonable program plans and responds to changes in program requirements

· Master project management methodologies and tools

Skills and Proficiencies

• Strong communications skills, including writing and presentation skills
• Organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Good execution and responsibility
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
