Responsibilities

1. 完成公司下达的业绩任务并为客户提供全案服务（包含大型活动、整合营销方案服务）；

Complete the company's performance tasks and provide customers with full case services； 

2. 负责组织、参与业务的开发与执行，制定每项业务具体的执行计划（[时间推进计划]等）；

Responsible for organizing, participating in the development and execution of the business. Formulating specific implementation plans for each business ([Time advance plan], etc.)

3. 负责业务执行中与客户及时的联系与交流、对客户要求作出准确判断；

Responsible for timely contact and communication with customers in the execution of the business. Make accurate judgments on customer requirements;

4. 提供市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的准确信息；

Provide accurate information on market trends, changes in demand, competitor and customer feedback;

5. 了解客户的品牌及相关市场状况，并能协助思考互动营销策略；

Understand the customer's brand and related market situation. Help to think about the interactive marketing strategy;

6. 具有项目执行能力，能带领团队完成执行获得客户满意度；

Have capability of executing project. Able to lead the team to achieve the

implementation of customer satisfaction；

7. 具有团队协作精神，能跨部门沟通合作，推动业务发展机会

Strong team spirits and able to work with cross-functional team to drive the progress of business opportunities

8. 维系现有的业务资源。

Maintain existing business.

Qualifications:

1.  本科以上学历；

Bachelor's degree or above;

2.  在相关行业3年以上活动、专业服务行业相关BD或销售工作经验；

3+ years working experience in relevant industries in event, professional services with similar BD or sales role 

3.  优秀的客户关系建设技巧和客户服务能力；

Strong client relationship building skills & customer service.

4.  较强的语言表达能力以及英语能力；

Strong presentation skills and good English skill.

5.  良好的电脑技能，例如Excel，PPT等等。

Good command of computer skills, such as Excel and Power point.
