1、熟悉和掌握各种面点的基本制作技术，要求色、香、味、形符合质量标准。

2、根据不同时期公司需求情况，按照操作规程、质量标准制作各式面点。

3、负责保养所用厨具、设备、使其处于良好的工作状态。

4、负责工作区域的清洁卫生，保持厨具、设备清洁、 光亮。

5、努力学习，不断提升面点制作技术及创新。

6、协助主厨管理饼房，负责人员排班，原材料盘点等工作。

7、完成上级安排的其他工作。

？ Assure that all food prepared will be in accordance with restaurant standards and quality. Complete production carts for daily preparation with Executive Chef

？ Assist executive chef in assigning, co-ordination and supervising all phases of foods production

按照总厨安排，配合协调食物制作的全过程

？ Prepare all food according to recipe cards and follow the standard for food cleanliness and safety

按照配方和安全卫生标准准备所有的食物

？ Instruction have to be followed, in order to reach a standard of excellence in the outlet

？ To work in a safe manner at all times, to eliminate accidents
