职位描述
? Support tracking category vendors, internal demand
? Support request for quotations (RFQ), negotiation, contracting and ongoing vendor evaluation procedure including TPC, PIA, IT Security Review, IT architecture review, SDG review and contract reviewing
? Directly connecting with vendors to ensure vendors provide necessary supporting documents as requested
? Keep smooth and proactive communication with internal stakeholders in multi sites
? Keep all files of vendor approvals filed in good storage, in accordance with D&B data security guidelines.
? Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, ethical practices, and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
职位要求：
? Bachelor's degree, in business related discipline
? Fluent in English and Chinese, both writing and speaking
? Sophisticated communication skills with internal stakeholders
? Good command of negotiation & interpersonal skills is a plus
? 1-2 years solid experience in corporate service sourcing and/or MRO sourcing with service is preferred
