The Role Responsibilities

- Gather and document internal initiatives such as Business Reviews, Meetings and Business Requirements. Reflect them on bank platforms such as Trello, SharePoint and email minutes.

- Interact with both team and potentially stakeholders to deliver high quality services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.

- Document new functionalities arrange user trainings when relevant for the team.

- Maintain and spread knowledge of the solutions being developed with the wider team.

- Coordinate weekly huddle and taking action-points, as required.

- Producing and sharing MIS reports, internal comms and maintaining the Bridge page with admin support.

- Provide team administration support. Provide reminders (verbal or email) to colleagues to create awareness of and ensuring adherence to all policies and procedures.

- Active in participation in all staff engagement activities organised by the team members and able to assist in coordinating activities to make a success event.

- Key SPOC for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives for the team.

- Adhere to all Group Policies and practices it on our day to day work in handling all work-related matter.

- Provide key support on calendar management for MD/ Business Head.

- Oversees building management projects and the facilities management activities.

- Strong communication with an excellent standard of English (written and spoken)

- People/ Human Resource/ Business Planning Manager/ Executive Support experience is an added advantage

- Well-versed in daily schedule management - including work plans and meetings (with internal business partners or external stakeholders).

- Maintaining action trackers (and follow-up), as well as the status of assignments.

- Effective communication with stakeholders (both internal and external).

- Maintain good relationship with colleagues and stakeholders, respect and value our diversity and collaborate as one team.

- Strong managerial and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.

The Financial Markets business, part of the Wholesale Bank, delivers a broad range of high-value-added financial market products to corporate, institutional and investor clients around the world, with a particular emphasis on our key footprint across Asia, Africa and the Middle East, supported by trading rooms in the world's financial centres.

The FMSD team of over 600 people is based across Singapore, London, Chennai, Dubai, New York and Hong Kong. From 2010, we are developing an FMSD team in Tianjin, China. It is a strategic move to build FMSD capability in Tianjin within next 5 years with below vision:
