§ Support the production process and resolve technical issues with the product and/or test equipment and establish root cause and implement preventative actions via normal processes.

§ Attend meeting and represent the industrial engineering department.

§ Assist in production reliability and process mapping to continually improve and optimize production test efficiency.

§ Design and implement tools and test equipment for the production process.

设计和制造生产过程中使用到的工具工装。

§ Provide technical support to the production process and department to resolve manufacturing engineering related issues for released hardware, including authorization of Non Conformance Reports and amendments to production documents.

§ Support the production plan, ensuring the product is delivered on time to meet customer demands by eliminating testing bottle necks.

§ Responsible to assure correct testing standard hours in BoM and analysing deviations; review variances to manufacturing orders and if applicable, take action to reduce variance.

§ Compliance and ensure that products and services are provided and used in a controlled, environmentally responsible and regulatory compliant way.
