• Follow up and manage supplier design and equipment list throughout detailed design, manufacturing,
  delivery and installation;
• Define technical specification by communicating with the end-user on operation and maintenance
  side and with supplier;
• Review and approve of the Supplier's Design;
• Double-check and ensure infrastructure fulfill the requirements of equipment supplier;
• Will be fully responsible for the successful delivery of those testbenches until SOO (start of operation)
  and FAC (Final Acceptance);
• Co-ordinate the site wide safety matrix realization and tests.
