Assist in industry and company analysis in healthcare filed and conduct research report accordingly；Perform due diligence and valuation works on target clients and assist in pitch book composing;Assist in project execution including deal transaction planning, presentation creating, financial analysis, multi-parties’ coordination, legal terms negotiation etc.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Assist in industry and company analysis in healthcare filed and conduct research report accordingly

· Perform due diligence and valuation works on target clients and assist in pitch book composing

· Assist in project execution including deal transaction planning, presentation creating, financial analysis, multi-parties’ coordination, legal terms negotiation etc

· Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual report composing and other works related to business events

· Maintain the relationship between core investors in subdivided fields and make effective resource docking

Qualifications/Requirements:

· 3+ years working experience in financial services, investment, consulting within healthcare industry.

· Bachelor degree and above with an outstanding record of academic achievement; Healthcare, Biology or Chemistry and Finance blended background is preferred.

· Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

· Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business, their interaction, and the impact of external/internal influences on decision making, growth and decline.

· Passion on Healthcare and Life Science industry and self-driven and initiative personality.

· Robust financial and analytical skill set.

· Ability to work as a part of a team in environment that demand excellency, time and energy.

· Native/business level fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
