Location: Beijing Head Office

Responsible of Document checking, compare documents with the system, detail-orientated to find the difference；

Responsible of Document Filing;

Support the F&C department as required.

- VAT fapiao input tax verification;

- Daily Documents and system comparison;

- Compare hard copy including related supporting documents with the system record, find the difference;

- Responsible of Finance Documents filing, include PO etc.;

- Supporting the documents filing and search, coordination during company internal audit;

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

-University Degree or equivalent

-Basic Accounting and Finance knowledge, experience for VAT fapiao issuing is a plus

-Faster learner and detail-orientated

-Proficient at Microsoft Excel

-Integrity and ethical conduct

-Assertive & strong team player

-Excellent verbal and written communications skills

-Good analytical skills

-Fluent in English

-Internship duration: 6 Months at least, 4-5 days per week attendance
