岗位职责:

-Manage IT helpdesk services and desktop standard.
-Administrate IT assets, i.e. desktop, pad, printer; manage changes to support new initiatives, and regularly review logs to detect issues
-Manage the lifecycle of these assets, ensuring proper maintenance and provide alerts for refreshment
-Infrastructure environment support, i.e. AD、 DNS、 WSUS、Mail、File server、SCCM etc.
-Manage information Security related operation, i.e. maintain security baseline, patch management.
- IT audit and reporting support

任职资格:

-Bachelor and above qualifications, information technology, computer and related professionals.
-At least 3 years of related work experience
-Familiar with the knowledge of Window client.
-Familiar with the knowledge of security, storage and etc.
-Ability to identify and resolve computer system malfunctions and operational problems.
-MCSE, ITIL certified is a plus.
-Having global project experiences is a plus
-Good written and oral English.
