职位描述

Job title: Sales Manager-On trade Channel
Dept.: Sales Dept. North Region
Report to: Regional Manager
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding imported wine market and able to achieve the sales target for revenue and volume;
2. Follow up the order and delivery for customer, good communicate skill with logistic Dept for internal cooperation.
3. Analyze the market information to set up the sales plan and sales workforce plan;
4. Improve the new customer penetration process, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship to ensure the good customer value position;
5. Report and analyze the sales performance by channels, by categories at the regular business with right suggestions to the management team;
6. Create and implement and follow up on promotional activities. Ensure that they are realized on regular basis all over the customer portfolio;
7. Balance the sales and the key brands according to the company strategies ;
8. Demonstrate the professional sales skills and working behavior to influence the team members in a positive way;
9. Monitor the performance of the team and each individual, following targets and KPIs planned according to the cascading-down of the company overall target and objectives; facilitate the team members to set up performance KPIs;

Requirement:
1. College degree or above;
2. Min. 3 to 5 years related working experience, preferably in the imported wine sector with Min. 3 years in sales team management;
3. Strategic thinking, good understanding;
4. Analytical skills to read the business implication from the data;
5. Good negotiator to communicate with and influence the different stakeholders of a business customer;
6. Business oriented, creative and well-organized;
7. Be able to work in a cross function team environment and encourage the team members to achieve;
8. Excellent communication in good logic, fluency English both in writing and speaking;
9. Mastery of the software such as office suite, especially data analysis function.
10. Preferably with either hotel back-ground in F&B service above 3 years;
