• Be responsible for writing, proof reading and editing copy across social channels including WeChat & Weibo official accounts, website and various social platforms. Work with internal stakeholders and manage social media accounts, content planning, and execution.
• Drive content development to reflect business request and implement to deliver the result.
• Exposure to sense social opportunities in hot topics which could be leveraged and quickly act to promote.
• Track social media practices, monitor industry trends, and make recommendations to improve channel quality.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for copywriting and editing on brand’s social platforms, such as WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu (The Red), Music 163 (Netease), Ecommerce platform (Youzan), etc. To attract followers with content and the content needs to with clear brand style and follow brand guidelines.
• Be able to design the layout of Weibo and WeChat content. Be able to do photo editing.
• Be responsible for the daily operation of social media platform, modify social content and send out the content in time.
• Collaborate internal stakeholders (marketing team, retail team and merchandising team) and external partners (shopping mall, vendors) to work out social content plan to in line with brand image.

• Input on Ecommerce campaigns and brand activities on social media platform, also to drive brand and product desire.
• Leverage hot social spots to create social content to promote brands and recruit consumers.
• Build clear business metrics and reports to track and monitor the effectiveness and success of social media campaigns.
• Participate and support seasonal marketing events.

Qualifications And Experience Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, over 2 years on social media related

• Owns strong experience in social medial operation (the WeChat account and the work can be provided during the interview)
• A good understanding of social media environment, the experience in Ecommerce operation is plus
• Ability to generate creative, engaging copy and concept approaches

• A multi-tasker, capable of dealing multiple responsibilities while maintaining efficient productivity
• A good team player. Our successful candidate will work well cross teams and need to have strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence both internal teams and external partners
• Self-motivated and willingness to push the boundary and hold others’ accountability
• Ability to work in diverse environment with strong cross functional communication ability
• Passionate about fashion industry
• Hunger to learn and willing to take challenge

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• English reading comprehension is required, fluent oral and translation ability is preferred
