Project Manager

ROLE

To monitor the contractors’ planning, progress and quality of the MEP works in compliance with the contract programme and Employer’s Requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

? Attend workshops in the capacity as MEP engineer. Take part in technical design review and the production of technical design review reports.

? Prepare and assist in the preparation of all aspects of reports, with particular emphasis on the budget costs and technical sections of electrical/MEP services.

? Provide general MEP engineering advice and support to GLEEDS staff and clients as required.

? Prepare and assist in the preparation of MEP services cost reviews for variations and schedules of costs submitted by contractors/clients on on-going projects. 

? Attend site as required for the purposes of verifying contractors progress and quality and for assistance in solving site based MEP technical questions. 

? Provide and offer input and assistance as required and directed by manager and other senior GLEEDS staff.
