Responsibility
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
· Opening and managing the target number of retailer shops
· Implementing the product and channel strategies to achieve the agreed sales target
· Managing the inventory and developing effective credit policies
· Establishing excellent Principal relationships
· Building a competent team to ensure continuity of the organization

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (Key Results Area)
· Accountable for P&L
· Accountable for AR days
· Accountable for A&P effectiveness
· Accountable for Principal and customer relationship
· Accountable for shop selection and opening
· Contribute to brand awareness, image and market share by effective sales promotion campaigns
MAIN TASKS
· Lead and manage the sales operation as to meet the company sales and profit goals
· Manage AR and developing effective credit policies
· Establish channel development strategy
· Assist GM in developing and managing a sustainable business model
· Create a work environment that promote teamwork and cooperation between working teams
· Develop compensation scheme that effectively encourage performance, reward excellence and continuously challenge sales teams to improve their performance
· Monitor market developments, changes and trends
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
· Proven sales and promoter management experience
· Familiar with retail business model
· Strong leadership skill
· Skills in developing and delivering presentations for internal and external audience of all levels of business
· Aggressiveness & determination in achieving sales target as set by Company
· Interacting positively to challenges
· Excellent teamwork skills – contributes and supports results in a cooperative and supportive manner
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelors degree required
· Good command of English
WORKING EXPERIENCE
· At least 10 years of related working experience in sizeable organization
· At least 10 years sales and marketing experience
· At least 5 years managerial experience
