CY0301中心总监

工作职责:

1. 负责中心日常运营管理；

2. 管理中心的销售业绩；

3. 负责中心人力资源的有效利用；

4. 负责维持中心高质量的客户服务及课程品质。

5. 负责中心日常事务、经营、教学以及安全等方面的全面管理；

6. 组建市场、课程顾问、教学及教务等团队，明确下属岗位的职责和任务要求，并指导下级开展各项工作，协调解决下属工作中出现的问题；

7. 制定中心发展规划，承接中心全年经营指标，完成月度招生任务；

8. 编制中心年、季、月度销售计划及市场销售费用预算，并监督实施；

9. 为中心提供前期启动的全面支持；

10.调动员工积极性，制定中心员工培训计划，完善绩效考核制度，为公司发展储备人才；

11.严格执行公司各项制度，控制整体运作成本及各项销售费用；

12.定期向总部汇报中心工作。

 

任职要求：

1. 高度的责任心，强烈的团队意识，为人诚信，正直，品行端正。

2. 性别不限，本科以上学历。

3. 3年以上儿童早期教育、儿童英语教育培训等早教类连锁品牌的相关工作经验。

4. 具有良好的职业素养与出色的领导能力。

5. 具有良好人际关系和沟通能力，较强的分析和商务谈判能力。

6. 积极主动，具有开创精神及良好的执行能力。

7. 具有5年以上工作经验以及2年以上独立管理中心的工作经验；

8. 具有语言表达能力，良好的英语听说读写及会话能力。
