Purpose of the Job:
Acquire, build and supply talent pipeline to each division of Industrial Unit to meet business needs.
Develop, coach and assist the line management to recruit the right talent.
Key Accountabilities:
Adapt, manage, review and update the existing recruitment system and procedures for Industrial Unit.
Execute and manage recruitment activities from beginning to the end including job specification confirmation up to completion of probation.
Incorporate with the GHR team to develop and effective recruitment system and procedure.
Responsible for upgrading Industrial's internal interviewers' interviewing competency to improve the recruitment result.
Manage the company's presence in key labour markets at graduate level, mid-career level, locally and overseas.
Develop, design and prepare various staffing and recruitment analysis reports on a regular basis.
Manage and evaluate the performance of recruitment vendors in sourcing and attracting the right talents.
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirement:
A degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
8 years or above experience in recruitment and selection function within an multi-national company.
Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate with different level of staff.
Work independently, strong communicator, outgoing personality, innovative, positive minded and self-motivated and with strong EQ.
Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
