Main Tasks
The NMPE shall take the lead in securing that a number of program and launch deliverables are performed according to plan, decided standards and working procedures in support of a successful industrial launch.
The NMPE shall also take the lead in the dialogue with the Launch- and Manufacturing program management as well as the Process Manager Manage & Control & LQOS to improve the working processes related to Industrial Launch & Program management.
Deliverables:
? MPP planning
? Virtual Verification and Build Events (VBE)
? Build and Verification Plan (BVP).
? Slow Build
? Verification Process for Programs in Assembly Plant – Assembly PVP
? Lead Station by Station (SBS), for VP builds in Pilot Plant.
? Launch- and Build Planning
? Lead Centralen
? Lead the Stop or Go process and related activities
? Pre-HPD/TPD/CA (Concept Adjustment)
? Material Inspection ahead of series builds in production plant
? Product Readiness Review (PRR) – preparation and execution
? Product- / Material management - Activities to secure PPAP f/u
? Audit/TP5 prognosis and f/u
? NML Homepage in LN
? Lead cross functional Task Forces as required
Supports the NML manager and/or the Sr PM Manufacturing:
? Stake Holder Meeting (SHM) preparations
? Program Status Report (PSR) and Risk list
? Time Review Meeting - Series Build (TRM)
? Upgrade & Containment
? Run In Meeting (RIM)
? Launch Management Meeting (LMM)
? Sr PM Mfg meeting
? NMPE planning meeting
? MRR


任职要求：
? Technical university degree or equivalent
? Min 3 years of experience from programs including industrial launch as well as manufacturing knowledge
? Manufacturing and/or P&Q experience
? Leadership skills and a team player
? Take initiative and drive for results
? Good communication and documentation skills
? Willing to travel
? Comprehensive knowledge in VPDS
? Knowledge of Virtual technologies and Quality processes including Six-sigma
? Good user knowledge of current data system and databases
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Good network in the P&Q, Manufacturing and Purchasing organizations
? Yellow belt certified (former Green belt)
