职位描述

POSITION OBJECTIVE

（1）China Joint Venture EC (Express Company) is one of the strategic imperatives for the company and includes a major investment program for payment network market entry.

（2）Overall responsibility of the role is to develop and execute the Business Development Strategy for new issuers, identify and qualify prospects through sales cycle from first contact, commercial negotiation and signing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will be responsible for:

（1）Manager and execute the merchant acquiring strategy, to increase personal consumption expenditure penetration, merchant volume, market share, data processing revenues and create acquirer, merchant and consumer preference

（2）Development of new initiatives/solutions, implementation of marketing/usage initiatives targeting traditional and new merchant segments, both in physical world and virtual world, with a specific focus on the execution of the government payment strategy

（3） Ensure a sound and healthy working relationship with key merchants and lead Sales colleagues in account management of the top acquirers

（4） Direct in-market acquiring resources to assure that all goals are supported in a cost effective, timely manner, with a resulting high level of client satisfaction

（5） Successfully translate broad strategies into specific objectives and action plans, aligning efforts of the merchant acquiring and Interchange organizations with other key stakeholders

（6）Provide support to local Clients/country and to internal stakeholder organizations including Sales, Product, Corporate Relations, Risk, CSS and Legal

（7） Establish and foster relationships with Clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management

JOB REQUIREMENT

（1） At least 5-8 years of industry experiences and strong network in payment, network, banking, technologies and mobile payment industries

（2） Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence without authority across peers, superiors & external stakeholders to drive projects with little direction

（3） Ability to work well under pressure and tight timelines, adapt to changing circumstances, make decisions quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

（4） Can drive for results in ambiguity with the ability to achieve outcomes with little guidance

（5） Strong will to win and high level of integrity required for handling confidential information

（6） Bachelors/Undergraduate Degree is required
