1. Responsible for Human Resources services such as C&B, Recruitment, Training and Employee Relations and administration.
2. Fosters effective communication between employees and management team.
3. Participates in the formulation of policies and procedures.
4. Develops and executes company human resources policy and procedure.
5. Interacts with external government agencies.
6. Plant HR daily operation management.
7. Trains and supervises HR team to reach the Dept objectives.
8. Others temporary project job.
