What are my responsibilities?

Plans and executes sales targets and activities in a China for an specific industrial sector, focus on Chemical & Industry park, Pharma as a plus, for the portfolio of WS, in order to increase sales with all kind of potential customers, and to achieve defined commercial targets

• Responsible for all sales and marketing activities within assigned market segment
• Develops a comprehensive analysis of Walter Solution competitive environment in assigned segment/territory both from a technical standpoint and a commercial standpoint (price positioning)
• Plans sales volumes and potential of all customers / opportunities assigned
• Provides and maintains accurate information on a daily basis via CRM for forecasts and planning
• Analyzes the specific market conditions, and builds a sound market related network of stakeholders
• Identifies, propose and leads approved marketing activities of interest (conferences, dedicated customer workshops, etc…) within assigned territory
• Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions
• Develops and maintains customer contacts
• Proactively develops opportunities in line with Business strategy, especially new products/solutions ready for commercial release

How do I need to qualify for this job：

• BS or advanced degree required. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Biology, Environment Engineering related degrees preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience required, focus on industry of Chemical & Industry park, Pharma as a plus
• A strong understanding of water treatment processes and equipment. (piping, valves, instruments, pumps, motors, compressors, process control and pressure vessels)
• Good spoken and written English skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
