职位描述
Main Responsibility:
1. Participated in technical communication in the early stage of the project, and supported the project manager to complete hardware related work.
2. Responsible for hardware schematic design and PCB design of the company's products.
3. Responsible for the selection and evaluation of components and the cost accounting of new hardware.
4. Completed relevant documents of hardware design, and entered them in Doors according to a-SPICE process, and completed relevant links.
5. Supported EMC testing and EMC failure analysis and improvement of products, responsible for hardware DFMEA design.
6. Formulated hardware design documents, design specifications, product test specifications and specific test plans, and took charge of the development and debugging of product hardware.
7. Supporting the project to complete the hardware-related test requirements documents for ECU suppliers.
8. Responsible for hardware analysis of after-sales fault parts.
9. Follow the company's process to support the project manager to complete the delivery of the project on time, with quality and quantity.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Requirement:
1. Master degree or above with 5 years or bachelor degree with 7 years or above working experience, majored in electronics, automatic control, computer science and communication, etc.
2. Have some experience in hardware design, at least 3 years experience in automotive electronics related hardware development and design.
3. Have some experience in SCM related hardware design.
4. Familiar with microcontrollers, such as Freescale, NXP, Infineon, etc., familiar with CAN bus and LIN bus.
5. Hardware design knowledge of motor control is preferred.
6. Good at circuit design, familiar with schematic diagram and PCB design software.
7. Familiar with automobile industry process: A.P.Q.P., D.V.P.R., F.M.E.A., etc.
8. Good communication skills in English.
9. Familiar with oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator and other equipment.
