1.0         MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB工作主要目标

-      Responsible for material/parts sourcing management，meet production’s requirement ; Be assistant supervisor to manager supplier and evaluate Insure to achieve annual saving target

负责物料采购寻源管理，满足生产需求;协助主管管理并考核供应商，确保年度节约目标达成

2.0         KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED知识和工作经验要求

2.0.1   Education教育

-          College or above （Major in mechanical design and manufacturing, automatical control and relevant Mechanical background, etc.）

专科学历或以上（机械设计与制造，机电一体化，自动化控制等相关专业）

      2.0.2     Knowledge / Skills知识和技能

-          Experience in an engineering, procurement, sourcing and operations

有工程、采购寻源和运营方面的经验

-          Effective verbal and written communication skills.

有效的口头和书面沟通技巧.

-          Capable of reading and writing English documents， Good oral/listening English

熟练的沟通和书写，良好的英语听说能力

-          Proficiency with personal computers and networking, specifically Microsoft Excel

熟练使用个人电脑和网络，特别是微软Excel

      2.0.3     Specific Experience专业经验

• A comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain principles

全面理解供应链原则

-          Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

具有阅读和解释工程图纸和规范的能力

• Advanced risk and business management skills including information gathering and data analysis.
• 的风险和业务管控技能，包括信息收集和数据分析
• Knowledge and direct experience in negotiating contracts and quotations with Contract Manufacturers and Suppliers

• Ability to identify cost reduction opportunities

-          Be Familiar with MRP system

-          3 or more years of working experience in heavy and mechanical industry providing purchasing services.

3.0         KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要责任

-          Implement sourcing process.

执行采购程序。

-          Maintain effective communication with vendors, proactively addressing potential sourcing issue. Ensure the materials/Parts vendor panel meet Schenck production request.

与供应商进行高效的沟通,能够主动发现并解决潜在的寻源问题。确保材料和部件供应商库满足生产需求。

-          Secure cost reductions / savings to achieve annual saving target

确保成本节约以实现年度节约目标

Assist to manage and evaluate suppliers to adapt to the development of the company

协助管理考核供应商，使之适应公司的发展

-          Managers assign other temporary work.
