Responsibility:
Develop strong leadership to influence Customer Transformation Strategy.
Orchestrate and prioritize all technical activities in a coherent way to drive and ensure business objectives achievement and respect of customer commitment.
Be instrumental in all customers' escalation process (customer satisfaction & business value).
Lead and / or Contribute to Technical Operation reviews (Technical Engagement Review, Customer Success, Business Value assessment and Validation

Qualifications:
Rich experience and knowledge of HT industry especial of ICT.
Rich experience and knowledge of IPD/LTC/ISC.
Real Leadership already demonstrated C-Level communications.
Organization skills to be able to drive / Coordinate group of people and group of related projects and program activities.
Good level of knowledge on industry processes and other CAE/CAD/PLM solution.
Pre-sales activities and projects delivery experiences.

工作内容
针对客户的具体需求实践工程机械设计体验平台，协助销售完成任务指标；
根据客户需求，制定方案建议书；
负责完成客户调研、技术演示和验证、售前技术支持等工作。

要求：
学历与专业要求：本科及以上学历，工学或软件相关专业（包含机械工程，机电，电子等）
经验及专业技能要求：5年以上高科技PLM行业经验或者应用经验；对企业研发制造流程熟悉并能提供调研、诊断、咨询顾问相关服务
英语水平要求：书面英语交流熟练
以下条件优先：
有Huawei相关领域研发制造业务咨询经验
有业界主流CAE 仿真 软件应用经验或者工程机械类平台应用经验
有系统工程相关经验
