职位描述
岗位职责:
The Sales Manager is responsible for recruitment, development and management of resellers and major account relationships with strategic customers & prospects. It is the BD Manager’s responsibility to insure that customers/prospects receive the benefits of solution and services to their needs through our resellers.
The responsibilities include.
Identify and develop resellers in the assigned territory in Greater China.
Provide territory management data: forecasts, account management documentation, and activity reports to management providing basis for strategic account planning.
To improve coverage, capacity and competancy of sales.
Identify, evaluate and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate capabilities to the customer.
Introduce and integrate technical resources, resellers personnel and Solution Partners to the customer to demonstrate capability, educate customer personnel and facilitate project management.
Communicate effectively with reseller’s in implementing account sales strategies appropriately integrating reseller resources in the sales process and implementation plan. .
Analyze potential problems and address customer issues.
Provide and coordinate post-sales support working with reseller account managers.
Implementing activities and initiatives in line with specific vision and strategic objectives for Composer business.
Business consulting at reseller management level.
Sales training and development and overall sales management at the field level.
Reseller performance monitoring.
Build and maintain strong relationship with channel business partners and ensure satisfaction level.
Establish and promote best practices to work with resellers
Achieve seat count, revenue and strategic goals as outlined in the objectives set, not limited to the xisting product lines.
Provide market and competitive intelligence to support strategic business planning.
Work closely with Marketing and resellers to engage in sales lead generation activities.
To collaborate with the relevant Team members on accounts that have operations spanning across China.
任职资格:
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years Channels or direct Sales experience.
