Position Description

1, Work with Lenovo global sales team and support sales team to engage new customers and business from UEM solution side.

2, Look for Global partners and maintain a good relationship with them.

3, Collect customer’s requirement. Handle pre-sale technical questions and offer the best solution according to customer’s requirements and user scenarios.

4, Deliver service and solutions smoothly with customer satisfaction.

5, Handle after-sale service and questions from customers, redirect issues to dev team and follow the issues until it’s fixed.

Position Requirements

1, Above 3+ years software industry working experience. Cloud/SaaS project implementation experiences is a good plus.

2, Basic Android/IOS software system knowledge and background.

3, Experienced oral and written English skills, familiar with Office tool.

4, Good communication and conflict management skills.

5, Experience with global projects preferred.

1、与联想全球销售团队合作，支持销售团队在UEM解决方案领域开拓新客户和业务；

2、负责寻找全球合作伙伴，并维护双方的良好关系；

3、收集客户需求、处理售前技术问题、根据客户需求和用户场景提供***解决方案；

4、处理售后服务和客户问题，将问题转给开发团队，跟踪问题直到解决。

岗位要求

1、3年以上软件行业工作经验，有云/SaaS项目实施经验者优先；

2、基本的Android/IOS软件系统知识和背景;

3、熟练的英语听说读写能力，熟悉office办公软件；

4、良好的沟通技巧和处理问题的能力；

5、有全球项目经验者优先。
