职位描述
1. During start-up period, according to documents lists/requirements of technical operation team (HSEQ, Engineering, Production, QC/PC departments), taking over project document from project team, and archiving for technical operation team;
2. Assist director on other documentation work such as taking meeting minutes, prepare presentations, draft working instruction etc.;
3. Taking administrative responsibilities such as organize meetings, arrange traveling etc. according to requirement from director;
4. Provide translation services when necessary;
5. Supporting director to contact and coordinate with related departments to follow up action points in 5S management, HSE, plant maintenance, production, project execution and other technical operation areas;
6. Responsible for technical operation KPI statistics and publication;
7. Assist in other supporting work when assigned.
任职要求：
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majored in engineering, mechanical or related disciplines, overseas education background preferred;
2. More than 2 years working experience in related position, experience in large machinery or industrial manufacturing project preferred;
3. Have professional English reading, writing, and listening and speaking skills, be able to perform interpretation independently;
4. Be able to accept frequent business trip.
