This is an Automated Testing Platform Lead Engineer role, reporting to R&D Team Manager-Motion, in Business Area – Motion, Drive Products, located in Beijing, China which provides defined services to the internal customers with best quality in the most efficient way.

- Working as part of Drive Products R&D department.
- Leading Automated test framework/libraries design team.
- Mentoring to designers in the team.
- Supporting new product development projects to define automated testing plan and continuous integration pipeline.
- Supporting competence buildup in the team and whole organization.
- Collaborating with global team in platform development.

- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Software Design Pattern (e.g. GoF and Domain design concept) and experience in Software architecture design with experience of working in Python, C#, Javascript, HTML, XML, etc.
- Must have experience in software testing methodology, testing development and testing plan, knowledge of Software quality control process, experience in leading automated testing project or in coaching a team, programming testing, continuous integration tool (e.g. Jenkins, Buddy, etc.).
- Must have good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing) and positive attitude and be willing to travel domestically and internationally, few weeks per year.
- Preferred to have experience of working in a scrum/agile environment / development team, experience of industrial applications, motion drives or controllers/PLC, PLC programming and system integration.
- Preferred to have knowledge and experience in design in Electrical control system circuit, C++ experience, as well as experience of working with Charles/Fiddler, Postman, Jmeter etc., certificated ISTQB, knowledge on task management or requirements management tools like JIRA, TFS, sScripting experience in e.g. PowerShell, Bash, knowledge on systems administration systems like Ansible or international experience (work or study).
